What is a thread

The line item at the heart of OpenThreads.

A thread is something that's still open and depends on a person. It has one owner, an optional due date, notes, and a conversation of updates with text, photos and voice notes.

Close a thread when it's done. You can reopen it if it comes back.

Threads live in trackers, like Sales, Office or Home.
